You can hear it in those golden harmonies on the main vocal sample on ‘Doing Ma Thing’, you can hear it in the filtered cut-out and breath-taking, chest-pressing bass return on ‘I Need That Music’, you can hear it in the pace and that Bootsy booty-busting, super tight sample roll out on ‘We All Freaks’ and you can most certainly hear it in the dusty jazz and more introspective feels of the final track ‘Take My Love’.
