Info:

Cracking open his third bottle of Robsoul this year, Parisian groove crafter Joss Moog returns to Phil Weeks’ house mothership with another four track pack of straight up jack.
Cruising in the slipstream of a string of releases on his own Ondule imprint, including the heavily supported ‘Nocturne’, ‘Tokyo Nights’ once again reinforces Joss’s pedigree as a producer. Lean elements, pure flavour and full groove focus are the order of the day as we’re massaged by vibe after vibe…
‘Neverland’ bumps with a 96-style sugar daddy-slapping live bassline while ‘Tokyo Nights’ slides and glides with a slinky synth bassline and smooth jazz aesthetic to the swooning chord. Elsewhere ‘196’ struts with a classic Jersey feel with its bold organ blasts while ‘Yellowstone’ sends us off to bed with sweet dreams as a dreamy vocal chop and glistening guitar loop entwine in harmony over a restrained garage beat.

Four tracks of all shades of jack; once again Joss Moog delivers. There’s a reason why he’s been one of Robsoul’s most consistent contributors since 2006…
